Issue #4 was one of my favorites personally, because it brought out the first real use of the Ithari Stone (the Hero Gem), and revealed many facets of Dax and Chuck children wrote in about. You get your first real taste of the new characters, such as “King Robert III”, based on Robert Richardson, the writers actual uncle.
It’s also the very first introduction of the elf race and the introduction of Lady Tamorah.
