Phillburt Bellows

It has been a long time since we have had the company of our primary benefactor in a project removed from the direct efforts of the G.R.R., and we are overjoyed to welcome Mr. Phillburt Bellows to the WH site crew as a main columnist.
We owe a great deal to Mr. Bellows, who has developed some of the greatest technology available in Clockworks City, and it was the IRS (Internet Resource Services) which enabled us to connect to Earth and participate in this wonderful exchange of information in the first place.
I know Mr. Bellows has his first article already waiting to post.
