UNITY

Have you ever tried tearing a piece of paper?

Simple, right?

How about two or three—or even five pieces of paper.

It’s a bit more difficult, but not much.

Have you ever tried tearing a phone book?

One of the simplest concepts we have discussed within our multiple Corporations is working as one.  Many took offense at first, believing us to consider them less than capable. It’s not that you lack intelligence, creativity, determination or even skill. That’s not the point.

There is a energy–a synergy which cannot be generated by a single individual when working collectively. What’s even more important is the dynamic skill sets you each bring to the table which would not be accessible when working alone.

phill b UNITYThose reasons alone warrant you listening to us in this respect, but there’s a more important reason:

The point is the actual and literal strength you gain (both ways) when you work with someone else. A physical, emotional, mental and spiritual strength you can receive when teamed with someone who burns with the same goals and mindset. You become a vehicle for success when you are able to see yourself through another set of eyes and/or perspective. You can critique your words and deeds and come at any problem from multiple points of view—with more depth and refined clarity.

That’s not possible when flying solo.

The G.R.R. and the IRS (Internet Resource Services) respects each and every persons individuality. We respect your creativity and your freedom to express that in your own way. At the same time, we would hope for more unity among those who have become frustrated because things have ‘not worked out’ for their own business.

Is your lack of success really due to outside sources? Is it due to someone else not following through, or your lack of effort? Is it due to this opportunity being a sham, or do you lack the knowledge and ability to explain it properly like thousands of others? Is it really because no one you know is interested, or is it because you simply don’t have their confidence or the credibility to capture those individuals?

Another beautiful aspect of unity enables others to tell you the truth when we simply can’t see past our own noses. We’re so locked up in our own convictions and points of view, often we become blind. When we stop lying to ourselves, we become more effective.

Regardless of the challenges you face, the #1 one thing you can do is develop unity with those you work with. Develop unity with the G.R.R.. There are so many talents we have available, and so many resources, yet too many people are striving to brand it their own way, to do their own thing and keep it a secret, while completely missing the best examples in the company: those who work together change lives! Just the achievements in Lower District 9 defy description, when even the Government Faction refused to give those Gnomes aid!!

We encourage you to start working with those around you more closely, taking advantage of the personalities and skill sets before you. Reach out to your community and make a difference, not just because it’s the right thing to do–but because you can!

The next time you think to criticize or blame outside influences for your lack of success–don’t look around you.

Look in the mirror first.

  1. Mr. Bellows, I appreciate your article. In working with youth, and at one time in the financial realm, it was hard to get people to work as one. Yet the few times my partners and I achieved that unity with fellow agents, the rewards were huge. Not just for us, but our customers too.

I’m looking forward to your contributions on this site.

    God Bless.

    Nicely spoken, Mr. Bellows!

I work as a handiman of sorts, and I’ve noticed that when you have two people working together on a job, they work more than twice as fast, because they not only have twice the man-power, but twice the ideas and plans, and they can do things that one person simply can’t do. Additionally, if you place two boards next to each other, they can support more than three times the weight of a single board. Strength of Unity isn’t just a nice idea or a flippant phrase…it is a law of nature!

I don’t often think about unity much, or its advantages, but I practice it enough to know how useful it can be, and in more than just physical areas. It is in the times of isolation that we are at our weakest, both in body, mind, and (most importantly) of soul! Glad to hear somebody spreading this wisdom, and I hope to hear more!

    Jared.

  3. Phill, you have yet to come to the office and talk with me about the next stage of funding for the Promis project.

I cannot hope to complete this without proper funding, and I have to hunt you down on an Earth network to talk with you? Seriously Phill, can we grow up here and be Gnomes?

I’m calling Brenda now and making an appointment…DON’T BAIL!
