On my personal website and others I have been invited to, I started by posting what I feel is the most important key of the next quarter: Focus on the positive change around you.
This can be applied to your personal life and your business. Keep talking about change so that your team begins to think in terms of change and help make it happen. Yes, you have been disappointed with the word ‘change’, but it is a natural law of the Universe, so ignore those who pervert its true meaning. Take a deep breath and help others to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Change is inevitable. Keep the point of view of the good in your life never being good enough. Reach, stretch, grow, achieve despite the odds! Change is the chisel that hones and perfects your skills. It allows you the opportunity to step out of your box and learn to deal with the variables of your business.
No matter the challenge, you were built to succeed, not fail.
