The Universe is an immense place, containing more than our mortal minds can comprehend. We continue to live our lives assuming all is as we see it, turning from our chance to see life and creation as it really is.
There are Gods as there are men; many, varied and progressive. Beings filled with love who continue to bring to pass worlds without end and populate them with the bloodlines of the finest beings of creation. People who have been tried, tested and proven their weight in gold, worthy of a higher society. Organizing the endless matter at the edges of their creations, the Gods create a Nexus, or center planet of immense size and variety. Upon it they bring into life all that a new set of worlds will require.
It is upon these crafted spheres of life the Gods place colonies. To grow, learn and propagate their own species, until such a time that new worlds are formed and require population.
However, all things must have their opposite. All beings must have the trials and challenges which refine the soul and qualify it for a future degree of glory among the heavens. Thus evil is ever present upon this Nexus, ever diligent in its desire to destroy the will of the Gods before the measure of its creation can be fulfilled.
Thus the Gods bestow gifts upon the worthy, to save their souls…and save creation.
The Hero:
A young man name Wendell finds himself thrust into incredible circumstances he cannot control. Kidnapped and taken from the only home he has ever known, this mere boy has the weight of the eternities set upon his shoulders while countless eyes look on in the distant hope of his success.
Yet in the abyss of space where even the shadows dare not venture, an evil lurks, watches and plans for the boys demise.
The master of all evil and the holder of the Book of Dark Bindings, he is the cause of the Great Sundering which tore the Nexus into its current fragments.
Though the challenges seem insurmountable, Wendell finds unlikely companions in a hot blooded outcast and a senile old Wizard who jumps at the mention of his own name. Companions who have secrets and talents unknown to the common man and Wendell soon finds himself surrounded by valiant and noble beings honored by the Gods themselves. Together they must reunite the races and defeat the evil before the whole of creation is lost.
