Summer Camp 2019 Paranoia

Because daddy paid for YOU to go LAST YEAR...

Summercamp is a marathon, and all Marathons needs some planning. They get you motivated and get you ready to go right out of the gate. Give us an WA article that summarizes what you want to cover in Summer Camp!
— Homework Prompt Week 1

UPDATE: Jaime was able to complete all 30 articles in 6 days, with a total word count of 38,116. The articles will be reworked over the remaining time of the month, adding to that word count, and to include formatting/artwork.
  Y
a know, I get the feeling this is important stuff, but from where I come from, it’s the kids that get the homework, not the veteran pros. Oh, I admit that we always have room for improvement and only a fool would pass up an experience to sharpen their word-crafting skills.   With thousands of published articles, 64 books with 33 of them hitting Bob’s Book of World Records for ‘The Most Read’ and ‘The Most Critically Criticized’ at the same time…I’m no fool. Damn irritating and pigheaded perhaps, but no fool.   What I told Jaime Buckley last night, was this is an opportunity for he and I to work together again, and we'd be fools to pass this up. I'm mean, I like the kid. Sure, he’s only slightly above average in intelligence, not completely ugly I’m told (for a Human male), but he’s funny as hell and I love his work ethics. We make a good team, so we’ve decided to tag-team this Summer Camp to get Wanted Hero on the map.

The Pre-Psychotic Plot to Plaster Paper Everywhere

We already have 30 more books outlined, along with 29 years of notes to dump into WorldAnvil…so articles to work on won’t be the problem.   Timing will. We only have access to one another five days a week.   I’d complain, but if my own offspring were as delightful as Jaime’s, well, I’d be taking the weekends off as well. So instead the plan will be to write as swift and beautifully as possible and cover for one another if a gap forms. We both write and we’re both artists—so we should have all bases covered.

The Buckley's Working Hard

Höbin's Fieldguide

Jaime Buckley & Höbin Luckyfeller’s Resolutions:

• We will complete each of the prompts for ourselves, even if they are late, because the point of joining the Summer Camp for us is progress & improvement, not the competition.
• We will focus on story first, then the artwork, then the formatting, then the editing/grammar…in that order of importance.

• For every prompt Jaime completes successfully, Höbin will buy him a half-pound block of the cheese of his choice.

• For every prompt Höbin completes successfully, Jaime will buy him a Black Seed Rum from the Roadkill Tavern.
• If Höbin gets frustrated with any given prompt, he will take a break, take a walk outside to smoke a pipe, smell the flowers or urinate on the neighbors goats instead of using foul language around the children or clipping Jaime behind the ear.
• If all prompts are completed on time, we will celebrate by taking Mrs. Buckley out to her favorite Sushi restaurant for putting up with both of us during this process.

• Höbin will remind Jaime constantly that he is NOT a complete idiot, that people Do like his books and if no one votes for him, his children won't give a flying flip, cause they love him ANyway.
