Description

When viewing the Discovery feed in the modal, article excerpts are meant to show on hover, but are instead position too far down and are cut off entirely. Hovering instead moves the title and byline down, and upon un-hovering, they also slide out of view.   This is happening in Vivaldi browser (chromium-based). Haven't tried in any others.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the Discovery feed modal.
  2. Hover over articles.
  3. Articles that have an excerpt will show the issue, ones without an excerpt will not.
